TOOLBOX TALK ITEMS
Dawsons Group of Companies uses a combination of the following either singly or together including: Audits, formal risk assessments, JSEAS's, informal risk assessments, incident reports, hazard reports, workplace inspections, monthly toolbox meetings (talks), supervisor meetings and management review meetings to ensure the operation and control of the processes within the Safety Management System are affective.
Dawsons Group of Companies will consult with employees, provide feedback on OH&S data, targets, actions and objectives, policy and procedure changes, elected Safety Committee changes and via these monthly toolbox talks.
Minutes of the toolbox meetings shall be taken by a nominated person and the toolbox talks minutes will be presented, discussed, actions and timeframes issued in the management review forum. The results of the actions will be conveyed to the employees in the next toolbox talk meeting or sooner if decided by management.
